4-side sealing sachet machines

HASSIA-REDATRON's vertical, 4-side sealing sachet machines of the FlexiBag series are very space-saving, designed for high output (yield) with reproducible sealing. All machines are fully automatic and operate intermittently (Si).
Three models of the sizes 300 mm, 500 mm and 600 mm are available as format width. Depending on the bag width, this machine range allows between 2 and up to 15 lanes. Double filling tubes for larger filling volumes per bag are possible.
The design of the formats allows the production of flat 4-side-sealed sachets and, in conjunction with appropriate dosing equipment, also as double sachet or multiple sachets with different products.
The diverse packaging shapes also require individual formats to realize sealing seams and the various features of the bags. Multiple sachets, chain sachets and sachet mats can be produced. The production of a contour seal and combination with a die cutter are also possible.
